By agreeing to our Terms and Conditions you the customer are confirming that you are 18 years old or over. All products remain the property of SWAN until payment is received for both product and postage. The price applicable is that set at the date on which you place your order.

When purchasing products on swan-store.com you must fill in your personal information such as name, address, and payment information. Note, that a purchase made on swan-store.com is not binding until we have accepted your purchase. You will receive a confirmation on your order via e-mail. Please note that this is not the final order confirmation. The order is not accepted until it is approved and the items registered in our stock. You will then receive an order and shipping confirmation.

At SWAN we accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through Stripe. Payments can also be made through Paypal or direct bank transfer (ALPHA BANK). We do not store any sensitive payment information. We will not store or collect your payment card details. That information is provided directly to our third-party payment processors whose use of your personal information is governed by their Privacy Policy. These payment processors adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of payment information.

We reserve the right to change pricing at anytime without notice. In the unlikely event that you the customer have purchased a product that is sold out, SWAN has the right to refund you or suggest an exchange. Work at SWAN is handmade by independent artists. This means that if we sell out of products, we may have to wait up to three (3) weeks for them to return to the gallery.

We only sell products that we believe to be of the highest quality. All items are unique handmade creations and may slightly vary in dimensions and colour. While we try to make sure that the colours of our products are displayed accurately on the site, the actual colours that you see on your device may vary depending on the monitor that you use.

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase once received, please contact us within seven (7) days from the date on which you received the goods, or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered. To return any item(s) you must contact us via e-mail at sales@swan-store.com. Please do not ship the item(s) until you have received a response from us via e-mail confirming the return.

Please note, that we will only accept the return of item(s) if they are in unused condition, in the original undamaged packaging or packaging of the same quality, accompanied by the receipt/invoice and shipped to the gallery at your expense. All parcels are sent back at your own risk. We would advise using recorded delivery as the parcel is not our responsibility until we sign for it. Earrings cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.

Once we have received your email, a member of our team will get in touch confirming whether you are eligible for a return or exchange. In the case of a refund, the amount owed will be issued to the original source of payment excluding shipping costs and international customs fees, if applicable. This will be completed within ten (10) business days of the return.

You do not have the right to change your mind and cancel the contract between us for bespoke orders, such as editions, or where a product has been made to your specifications and is clearly personalised unless that product is faulty.



swan-store.com ships both domestic and worldwide. Shipping costs for both Greece and the rest of the world are calculated at checkout.

We are not responsible for customs duties or taxes on international shipments, nor are we responsible for delays associated with the import process.

Local customers may pick up their order from the store. After choosing the ‘store pickup’ option at checkout, SWAN will contact you for further details.
